[~rsims] FLINK-30128 has been merged, which introduces the support (according
to the release notes). FLINK-30588 is about improving the support, which I
don't expect to be merged in before the 1.17 release branch is cut (that's
expected to happen next Thursday). So it would mean that the first support
would be introduced with 1.17 and potential improvements in later versions (if
someone volunteers to make the contribution / do the reviews)
