Release Note: FRocksDB has been upgraded to 6.20.3-ververica-2.0. Compared
to the previous 6.20.3-ververica-1.0, the new version contains vulnerability
fixes, Apple M1 platform supported, and some features/improvements. According
to the results of fink-benchmarks, the performance of this version is basically
the same as 6.20.3-ververica-1.0.
