## What is the purpose of the change
UNNEST is a special case among built-in functions. It's a planner rule that
usually constructs it. However, for the CompiledPlan feature, it must be
resolvable. `MISSING` type strategy is not correct here as it indicates to fall
back to Calcite built-in function stack which does also not exist.
## Brief change log
- Replace `MISSING` with `UNUSED` strategy.
