## What is the purpose of the change
This is syntax highlighting part of FLIP-189.
Jline3 itself provides some basic api for syntax highlighting. The only
thing that should be done is implementation of custom highlighter which is done
within this PR.
It highlights keywords, quoted string, quoted sql identifiers , comments,
hints.
Keywords are hardcoded in resource file for flink and hive dialects.
Sql identifiers quotes are different for flink and hive dialect.
It provides several color schemas and a widget which allows to switch
between them pressing `alt-h` or `Esc-h` in case of Mac.
