[~martijnvisser] Ok. I didn't read the very first comment in the FLINK-3154
and just thought you were talking about upgrading Kryo into much newer version
than 5.2.0. I'm not familiar with Kryo but according to their [project
page|https://github.com/EsotericSoftware/kryo#serializers] they support many
serializers including externally developed. Is it the way how recovering from
older made savepoints will finally be supported with latest Kryo in some future?
