[~jackylau] the input type strategy can insert implicit casts. If the result
data type of a input type strategy is different than the input data type, a
cast will be inserted. {{CustomizedConverter}} should be avoided as this is
only meant for special cases and eventually it would be nice to represent all
built-in functions with the new stack.
