The initial schema could be set via table config option.
Another way (without widgets and shortcuts) is usage of table config option
only.
I will change it in that way

In theory `Esc-h` should work for Mac only, for others it should be `Alt-h`.
Unfortunately I can not check on Mac since I don't have it. Last time when I
did such checks Jline's `Alt` corresponded to Mac's `Esc`
