Thanks [~dannycranmer].
I think we should specific the archunit.version from 0.22.0 to 1.0.0 when build
with flink 1.17.0.
I'm not sure what the solution is other than to specify the version of
archunit.version, but using an older version of archunit doesn't seem to find
arch test cases correctly under flink 1.17.0.
