Personally, I prefer {{ARRAY_CONCAT}} as it reads nicely and you know what it
does. ARRAY_CAT sounds like an animal. But agree that we should strive for
consistency across vendors. How is it with consistency within Flink do we have
already other functions containing `CONCAT`?
