## What is the purpose of the change
Add support for sparse vector with long as index and double as value.
## Brief change log
- Renamed `SparseVector` as `SparseIntDoubleVector`, `DenseVector` as
`DenseIntDoubleVector` and added `SparseLongDoubleVector`
- Added test for SparseLongDouble vector
