bq. I found the sink operator in `Paimon` is a `OneInputStreamOperator` which
is also `public` in flink and it has `snapshotState` method which has
`snapshotType` in `CheckpointOptions`, maybe we can consider it first.
Hi [~Ming Li], if the `OneInputStreamOperator` is enough, do you think this
jira is necessary?
