Hi [~ferenc-csaky], you can create a ticket to migrate accumulators, blob,
blocklist first.
I will create a series of tickets for the rest packages of flink-runtime later.
And I will create tickets based on:
* One big package can be a subtask
* A couple of small packages can be a subtask
