[~libenchao] I think it needs a FLIP, especially for the syntax topic. I don't
think we have an equivalent for this yet. And [~lsy] makes a good comment that
this would also require upgrading from Calcite 1.32 to 1.36, so there's
definitely some work that needs to be completed first. I do think that we
should continue with the upgrades of Calcite.
