I merged the current state of FLINK-27075 to the master branch of my fork
([XComp:flink:master|https://github.com/apache/flink/compare/master...XComp:flink:master])
with
[6071074|https://github.com/apache/flink/commit/6071074e7615d308e7c18ce433774db89a3b02e1]
with scheduling enabled. This allows us monitor the [main
workflow|https://github.com/XComp/flink/actions/workflows/hadoop-2.10.2-scala-2.12-workflow.yml]'s
instabilities in more runs (rather than just relying on changes).
