We'd like to do the following sub-tasks for the current jira.
- Rename AbstractTestBase, JavaProgramTestBase MultipleProgramsTestBase to
XXXXJUnit4, Use jUnit5 to re-write the implementations for the above
classes & tag XXXXJUnit4 classes as deprecated
- Use junit5 implementation classes to migrate the Module:
flink-hadoop-compatibility
- Use junit5 implementation to make adaption for the sub-classes of XXXXJUnit4
