We have 2 times the same condition check in the function
getNumRecordsInPerSecond

Update getNumRecordsInPerSecond'{{{}s{}}} second {{if}} condition from {{if
(isSource && ...)}} to {{{}if (!isSource && ...){}}}. This addresses the
redundant check and ensures correct metric fetching for non-source operators.
