Description:
Update the 'extension points' on User-defined Sources & Sinks page
([https://nightlies.apache.org/flink/flink-docs-master/docs/dev/table/sourcessinks/#extension-points])
about how to integrate with source parallelism setting with their custom
connectors.
Since no doc exist for the new interfaces introduced in FLIP-146, which is
closely related here, we'll update doc to cover them as well.
