Blocker since it impacts all branches
if we look at {{flink-ci.flink-master-mirror}}
https://dev.azure.com/apache-flink/apache-flink/_build?definitionId=1
we could see that ci was run against commit
https://github.com/flink-ci/flink-mirror/commit/4edafcc8b0b96920036a1afaaa37ae87b77668ed
The problem is that this commit was done on 22nd of March and after that there
were a number of other commits. At the same time there no any ci at
{{flink-ci.flink-master-mirror}} for commits after that
Same check could be done for other branches
and it doesn't run for newer commits
