Description:
I notice DataGeneratorSource with Java has submitted in
"flink-connectors/flink-connector-datagen/src/main/java/org/apache/flink/connector/datagen/source/DataGeneratorSource.java".
We could implement it in PyFlink, since flink-python component is not very
active recently, please assign it to me, I will create a PR for this.
