While investigating allocation stalls and GC pressure of a Flink streaming
pipeline, I noticed significant allocations of {{Optional}} in JFRs from
{{org.apache.flink.streaming.runtime.tasks.mailbox.
MailboxProcessor#processMailsWhenDefaultActionUnavailable()}}.
