[~martijnvisser] I don't think it affects all CI tests if just kubernetes ones
are skipped. It is a good to have it if you easily want to run these tests
using this script on env which does not support minikube with NONE driver. The
whole CI automation counts only with ubuntu and want to install/start/destroy
minikube but if you have for example centos9 minikube install fails. So there
are 2 options -> do not install/destroy minikube in CI automation or just skip
kubernetes tests.
