## What is the purpose of the change
Suggestion of a solution to the bug on WebUI related to non-displaying of
metrics at large amount of operator parallelism.
## Brief change log
Changed display of metrics menu: now when the number of metrics is
increased, a message will be displayed that a part metrics will be displayed in
the list, but the user will be able to find the desired metric through search.
## Verifying this change
Local testing in job where operator parallelism is 1600.
