as I can see this is a breaking change added on 1.19-SNAPSHOT in this issue

as it a breaking change, I really dont know how to fix it, as on previous
version the construction of object have one more field.

on 1.19-SNAPSHOT (snapshot only, releases of 1.19 still have that field) I need
to remove the timezone field,
on previous releases I will need that field to compile.
