As shown in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-34688 : In Mysql CDC, MysqlSnapshotSplitAssigner splits snapshot chunks asynchronously(https://github.com/apache/flink-cdc/pull/931). But CDC framework lacks it.
