Currently, Table API & Python API for built-in function LTRIM supports only one
syntax:
{code:java}
expr.ltrim()
{code}
While SQL API supports two syntax:
{code:sql}
LTRIM(expr)
LTRIM(expr, trimStr)
{code}
The missing syntax should be incorporated, Python API as well.
The same applies to function RTRIM.
