Description:
CDC Pipeline dynamically adds tables, use this
[pr-3411|https://github.com/apache/flink-cdc/pull/3411], add the configuration
item `SCAN_NEWLY_ADDED_TABLE_ENABLED: true`,
# Submit mysql2sr job
# Create a table in mysql
# Restore the job from ck, and the error `Caused by:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Invalid assigner status {}
[NEWLY_ADDED_ASSIGNING_FINISHED]` will appear
# Adjust the ck interval to 5s, and after a successful checkpoint, the job
will resume normal
