Review Comment:
   Do we pay by character in classname? ;)
   This is long but it's meant to express exactly what it does: a key selector 
extracting a compound key with all labels and metric name from a Time Series.
   A better name would be explaining why you should use it, but it's even more 
wordy: "key selector for sink parallelism > 1 to prevent accidental out of 
order writes"
