Fix For: 2.0.0, 2.0-preview
Since there is no 2.0_preview version in FlinkVersion, I am unsure whether to
update the reference data for Migration Tests in the 2.0-preview release
candidate, as done in FLINK-35958. Therefore, I have marked both the
2.0-preview and 2.0.0 versions.
