## What is the purpose of the change
Using different main threads can cause concurrency issues. That might be the
case as well for what we've observed in FLINK-36299 where the sufficient
resources didn't become available fast enough causing the main thread to fail
and the test to wait forever for the job submission to succeed.
## Brief change log
* Sets the main thread executor for the `DefaultDeclarativeSlotPool` to the
one that's used in the test method

tests)*.
