Description: Sometimes users do not want to use Flink CDC to automatically
create tables. Users want to set the attributes of each table individually. For
example, when Paimon is used as a sink, the number of bucket partitions is set
according to the table size. Could we provide a tool for Schema mapping to
generate DDL statements for the Sink table? Schema conversion between different
