## What is the purpose of the change
Remove all class dependencies from `flink-java` in table modules.
Note: I have ensured that all table modules does not depend on the
`flink-java` module during compilation. However, since most tests depend on
`flink-streaming-java`, which in turn depends on `flink-java`, the dependency
on `flink-java` will not be excluded to ensure that these cases do not fail,
until `flink-streaming-java` removes its dependency on `flink-java`.
All commits except the last one (add back `flink-java`) have been verified
by `mvn dependency:tree -Dincludes=org.apache.flink:flink-java` under
`flink-table` module.
