h3. Problem
Flink dashboard always show 0 or N/A for Busy(max) Backpressure(max).
Whenever there is any value that is non-zero, the Flink dashboard will show
"N/A".

Start any job and cause Busy / Backpressure to be non-zero.
h3. Root Cause
This commit has changed the isValid() method to return "false" when any
non-zero / non-undefined number is passed in
