Fix For: cdc-3.1.0
The synchronization testing of Flink-Oracle-CDC currently only supports full
and latest data synchronization. If a task is resumed after an anomaly, full
recovery takes a long time, and incremental recovery may result in data loss.
Therefore, is there a time-based strategy similar to what MySQL provides, or
some conditional query to avoid full synchronization?
