Description: Not all file systems currently support {{{}Symbolic Link{}}},
such as {{{}FAT32{}}}, {{ISO9660}} and so on. {{Fast Link}} is a {{Symbolic
Link}} designed specifically for {*}Disaggregated State Storage(ForSt){*}, even
if the underlying layer file system does not support {{{}Symbolic Link{}}}. On
the basis of {{{}Symbolic Link{}}}, {{Fast link}} will also provide the file
ownership management(claim and no-claim) in the future.
