As it was also discussed earlier before removal from master
there should be first external one released and this is a blocker now
last time when I created an RC for Hive connector [1]
There was no -1, however there was nobody with binding vote who voted...
So no way to release..
Since then more than a year passed...
Need to redo everything again including merging new commits to external repo,
creating a new RC and start voting...
However no idea whether anyone with binding vote will vote there... (at the
same time 3 is a minimum to release)
Only after that we can remove it from master
