[~yyhx] I confirmed that the DS Scala API has been fully removed. Two issues
found, PLTA:
# Do we still need `flink-dist-scala` given that all Scala-reliant modules
(flink-scala, flink-streaming-scala, flink-scala-shell) have been removed?
# The Scala API related content has not been removed in the doc. Looks like
[FLINK-36352|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-36352] is not taken
up, I've created a PR for it, help take a review~
