## What is the purpose of the change
In the Flink yarn deployment mode, It is possible that the deployment
service acquire the delegation tokens in advance for yarn clusters to download
jars and configs. In this case, the delegation tokens needs to be added into
Yarn deployment context, and further be loaded in UGI. Thus, we need to add
tokens acquired by current user for token refresh.
## Brief change log
- Add credentials of current user into the token refresh and interval
calculation
- Add test case of token refresh for current user who already have token
created.
