   I think @AHeise's proposal
   - Kafka connector 3.3 being for 1.20
   - Kafka connector 3.4 being for 1.20 with open lineage
   - Kafka connector 4.0 being for Flink 2.
Makes sense, I see we have not release v4 yet.

I understood this to mean that Kafka connector 3.3 and 3.4 would have a
dependancy against Flink 1.20, and the Flink 1.20.x should work with this. If
the Flink 1.20 stream introduced some incompatibility such that the v3 Kafka
connectors did not work (hopefully this does not occur), I would expect us to
ship 3.3.x an 3.4.x targeting the appropriate Flink 1.20.x level.

I would expect us to track support streams for 3.3 and 3.4 on 3.3-SNAPSHOT
and 3.4-SNAPSHOT branches if we require them.

Changing the pom file in main to 1.20.1 does not make too much sense, as I
suspect the next cut we take will be for the Kafka connector v4.0 to support
Flink 2.0, then we could have a 4.0-SNAPSHOT branch to track v4 changes.

From what I can see this would be in line with the way Flink is dealing with
the transition to version 2.0 in Git.

   WDYT? Did I miss anything?
