@HuangXingBo Thanks for sharing your thoughts! There are mixed usage of pyproject.toml and multiple requirements.txt in the repo. The foundation infra will have impact on everyone's daily work including the CICD pipeline. UV has known improvements mentioned above. It might be good to make the infra right at early stage before the repo goes more complex in the furture. Such a change in the future will have impact on more contributors than now. I checked the code before raising this issue. It is now relative easy to swith to uv. The timing is good before more poeple got involved.
