## What is the purpose of the change
At the moment when Flink uses the legacy YAML format then `add_jars` and
`add_classpaths` are behaving wrong (stores value in YAML format instead of `;`
separated). In this PR I've fixed it in a way that when legacy YAML format used
then the mentioned function not just reading the values according to this
format but also storing it that way.

Enhanced automated tests.
