Description:
The integration tests for OceanBase CDC are currently disabled in GitHub CI
with the following annotation:
{code:java}
@Disabled("Temporarily disabled for GitHub CI due to unavailability of
OceanBase Binlog Service docker image. These tests are currently only supported
for local execution.") {code}
*Goal：*
Re-enable these integration tests in GitHub Actions CI once a suitable Docker
image for OceanBase Binlog Service becomes available.
We are targeting to integrate the OceanBase Binlog Service Docker images into
integration tests next month (September).
Let's use this Jira to track progress and ensure we don't lose track of
re-enabling these important tests.
