## What is the purpose of the change
The community review github action was failing because the command line was
too long.
## Brief change log
*(for example:)*
- *The TaskInfo is stored in the blob store on job creation time as a
persistent artifact*
- *Deployments RPC transmits only the blob storage reference*
- *TaskManagers retrieve the TaskInfo from the blob cache*
## Verifying this change
As is this was no reproducable locally, as there is a different command line
limit. I wrote a script that failed locally with the line of code as is and
replaced it with the fixed line and it worked. This reassured me that the
change should work.
