might transition from CREATED to another state before the event collection
mechanism is fully set up.
The quick fix would be to tolerate the CREATED event , which may or may not be
there depending on the timing.
The worry is that I do not know if it is a problem that a missing CREATED event
might cause an issue for Flink. So this test could be highlighting a real issue.
