FLIP 490 involves relatively minor changes and does not warrant the current
testing requirements. The reasons supporting this conclusion are as follows,
and your feedback is welcome:
# The current changes are only related to HistoryServer, and the introduced
functionality is disabled by default in the standard configuration.
# The team has already utilized the new feature internally, and no negative
feedback has been reported.
If these reasons are insufficient, I would be happy to follow the SOP to create
and facilitate the necessary cross-team testing.
