Regarding test: I have rebased the master branch, and run `UnalignedCheckpointRescaleITCase` 100 times locally, all tests are green. FYI: the `CheckpointingOptions.UNALIGNED_RECOVER_OUTPUT_ON_DOWNSTREAM` is enabled explicitly to test this PR during testing locally. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
