Review Comment:
   @bgeng777 Currently, there is no ExecNodeMetadata support for all Python 
related nodes. I don't know the reason, not sure if it has encountered some 
issues during add ExecNodeMetadata support for Python nodes.  I guess we could 
support this in a separate PR for all the Python nodes. What do you think?
