* Get rid of `security.ssl.verify-hostname`
* Add new config option `security.ssl.rest.verify-hostname` with default value
of false
Only external communication should be affected by the new configuration, and
users should be notified in a migration guide of some sorts that the now
removed hostname verification was not working as expected, and they should use
the new config option.
