For historical compatibility reasons, I compiled Flink 1.18.1 using JDK 8. Now, 
I intend to upgrade the JDK version (to either 11 or 17) and want to test if 
the performance improves after the upgrade—this will help me determine whether 
the upgrade is meaningful. I chose to use the Flink Benchmark project for 
testing; however, after conducting the tests, I found that many metrics 
actually *decreased* following the JDK upgrade. I also checked the metrics in 
Flink Speed Center and noticed the same issue (as shown in the figure below).

Is this situation normal? Or is my testing approach correct?
