We're currently using
burnett01/rsync-deployments/0dc935cdecc5f5e571865e60d2a6cdc673704823 for the
rsync activities. That maps to v5.2

which is EOL and not supported since 2024 per

We should upgrade to v8.0.2 which is the latest LTS version, pinned at
