Flink CDC currently uses flink.version=1.20.3 but depends on
iceberg-flink-runtime-1.19:1.10.1. version mismatch.
iceberg-flink-runtime-1.20:1.10.1 is already available on Maven Central
(https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.iceberg/iceberg-flink-runtime-1.20)
